Hoping someone can help me. I have an hp laptop with windows xp. Its a dv700. It has started randomly shutting down and leaving the blue light on the power button flashing. It wont start up until I remove the battery and plug and then replace them and press the power. I've tried a hard memory reset and a new battery. any ideas? Thanks for the help.
