Oki Intros Two Color LED Multifunction Printers

Small and medium-sized workgroups seeking high-quality color and four-in-one functionality in a compact package can check out two new printer/copier/scanner/fax combos from Oki Data Americas. The MC361 ($549) and MC561 ($749) offer standard multitasking capability and duplex printing, a 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder and scan to PC, network, FTP, and email functions. Users can also scan to and print from a USB memory stick.

The MC361 offers single-pass print speeds up to 23 ppm color and 25 ppm mono with a monthly duty cycle of 45,000 pages, while the MC561's respective speeds are 27 and 31 ppm with a duty cycle of 60,000 pages. Each has paper capacity of 350 sheets expandable to 880 sheets, print resolution of 1,200 by 600 dpi, PCL 5c/6 and PostScript 3 emulations, 256MB of RAM expandable to 768MB and bundled OmniPage OCR and PaperPort document management software.
